Meet the team

Kevin Parker

Director

Kevin has worked with the company since he left school in 1985 and became a Director in the 1990’s, he was mentored by his father Fred and took over the day to day running of the business when Fred went into semi-retirement. Kevin has been at the helm for the last 30 plus years.

Fiona Parker-Hedley

Hedley, Company Secretary

Fiona joined the company in 2003 and was mentored by her mother Mary in all aspects of the day to day running of the business in the office environment. Fiona also played an integral role in sourcing and developing the office team.

Kevin McClafferty

General Manager

Kevin joined the company in 1989 and has progressed through the company and again gained a lot of experience from Fred. He has numerous qualifications and provides continuous support throughout the business. Kevin also provides a valuable link between client / management and workforce alike.

David Bruce

Contract Manager

David joined the business in 2011 and it was recognisable early on that he was a team player and good leader of men. He brought a wealth of experience as he worked in the fencing industry for a vast number of years and has recently added the transport manager qualification to his name.

Erin O’Connor

Plant Manager

Erin joined the company in 2019 to assist with the ever-increasing workload within the office however it was realised early on that Erin’s organisational skills could be utilised with the running of the plant fleet, she adopted her current role in 2021 and has excelled within this position. Erin has also provided a valuable asset for both physical / mental health issues due to her specialised training.

 

Julie Dickson

Office Administrator

Julie also joined the company in 2019 and has been a great asset to Fiona and Erin within the office her role has changed over the years and has shown great flexibility in adapting to the various challenges within the company. Julie also arranges staff training ensuring everyone’s training is kept up to date she has formed excellent working relationships with the training providers.

Plant operators

We have slowly but surely secured the service of highly experienced plant operators who can in fact operate multiple heavy plant, many of them have been with the company for a number of years which provides continuity and familiarity to clients. Clients regularly request the same operators when moving to various sites. We also as a company believe in developing our workforce from within, improving everyone’s portfolio which in turn boosts moral throughout the company.

 

General Operatives

It is also worth mentioning our employees who work on the ground, as the business would not be able to function without their commitment and support some of them have been with the company for several years and completed significant amounts of training to enhance their skill sets.
